Our Method
Needs and business expectations are identified by determining project boundaries and objectives.
This involves studying available data sources and specifying technical requirements such as storage, security, and performance.
Here we create an appropriate data model, plan data extraction, transformation, and loading, and design reports and dashboards.
Processes such as ETL development, data modeling, and creation of visuals in the previously designed interactive dashboards are carried out.
Reports are published and made available to the client for consumption. Training at this stage is crucial.
Comprehensive testing is conducted, and the performance and usage of the reports are monitored. Adjustments and improvements are made based on user feedback, and the system’s performance is evaluated against defined KPIs.
